Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
BB Hydro Australia will accept items to be returned if the product is faulty or under warranty. You will be required to fill in our contact us page and we will revert shortly. 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be done within a seven 7 day period of buying the product.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items will be returned via Startrack. We will arrange to have the item picked up at our expense.

CREDIT for returns?
We will endeavor to provide you with a different product that fits your needs however if we can't then we will issue you with a full refund less postage. 

What if the product is faulty?

If a product or service is faulty, the customer has the choice of replacement, repair or refund.
